I THINK I’VE BEEN DISCRIMINATED AGAINST?!BY MEXICANS?

okay im 16 and an african american female and i have been working at jack box for about 1 1\2 months and up until 2 weeks ago everything has been going great. i work with mostly mexicans whom halve of which dont speak english. but recently me and a teamleader (mexican) have been having problems because she thinks i like a co worker that she has been playing grab ass with for the last year or so. but he is not my type and is way too ignorant for me, well anyway every time me and him talk she gets upsets and starts bossing me around. after she got an attitude and was being really really rude and disrespectful to keep things professional i said i was sick and had to leave because i didnt want to have an altercation or argument i come back to work later that day to get my niece some food and another mexican male came to the drivethru window and walked away saying in spanish ” let me have your card the N—-ER is back” i talked to my manger and he said it was a miss communication then the next day me and the teamleader have a meeting with the manager, i tell him i dont mind working with her just be respectful of me and dont talk down to me, she tells him i dont like her i want to transfer. so today she comes into work eveything is going okay until it was my breaktime i tell the lady on front counter im taking a ten and talk with my friend he asked for some food i gave it too him for free on a coupon then the team leader tells me to clock out and leave we have a argument she makes a huge seen in front of the customers and threatens to call the police i say fine im leaving let me grab my schedule i run in back to get my schedule and she pcks up the phone and calls 911 i dont think my manager understands how all this is making me feel because he has not taking serious action about neither incident so im wondering should i file a discrimination lawsuit because i do think its because im the only black they all stare at me when i enter and huddle in circles and stare and laugh at me so i know there talking about me and there very rude to me when i ask questions any opinion will be great
