Every site I go to seems to be like that.
Here are two I have used in the past. Hope they help!
I go to the manufacturers sites, minimal work, printable coupons, mailed coupons, and freebies, like samples, a free diaper bag, etc. I did use an designated email, just for this, but really just do not get much except printable coupons. I did gerber, enfamil, similac, parents choice, pampers, luvs, huggies, etc. Really good deals, no surveys.
